July 16, 2015 - Regular Meeting Agenda Item #3 Item Title C-2 Approve settlement of personal injury claims of Carrie Hollenbacher Issue/Rationale On October 12, 2012, and once again on October 17, 2012, the Plaintiff was injured at cheerleading practice at Fleming Island High School after already suffering from a concussion.  Plaintiff has suffered trauma impacting her cognitive abilities and resulting in daily migraines.  This case can be settled for a total settlement of $80,000.
